Playoff Update After Week One

One of these men is the leading scorer in the FBLG playoffs through one week. And the other is a Pirate.

We're halfway through the first round of the 2024 FBLG playoffs. Here's a quick update:

Top seeds The Exterminator and Arbitration Losers both had big first weeks. Adam's guys put up 214 to take a 55-point lead over The Rookies, and Tim's fellas scored 224 for a 34-point lead on Jack's Desperados.

In the battle of second-place finishers, Travis's Urban Achievers have a narrow lead over Matt's GSM. And the commish's Fightin' Cerones have a 48-point lead on Ray's Bucs.

In the bad timing department, Kelm's Misfits burst to life in the consolation bracket.

One week to go in round one for a spot in the semifinals. Time for some desperation signings of Rockies pitchers and Marlins hitters!
