FBLG 2026 Season Wrap

Celebration time in the Steel City. For once.

A huge and hearty congratulations to Ray and Clemente's Bucs for winning the 2026 FBLG championship. Ray's offense went absolutely ballistic in the finals, nearly outscoring Travis' Fightin Jobus singlehandedly. Pete Crow-Armstrong (49), Nolan Arenado (46), Jackson Chourio (40), Ty France (38.5), and Corbin Carroll (38) were the stars as the Bucs racked up 19 homers, 72 RBIs, and 17 steals in two weeks. Arenado hopping in the wayback machine and pretending it was 2019 sure helped.

Travis' guys put up a valiant effort but too many season-ending slumps did him in. Robert Gasser, for all his... value(?) should probably not be your top-scoring pitcher in the championship. A healthy Shohei and Chase Burns might have made some difference here, but given how strong Ray's offense was it probably wouldn't have mattered overall.
